As life begins in the fertile dark of the mother, so do all things.

Let us gather in ceremony during this potent portal of transformation, as we weave a collective ritual of release. Samhain marked the start of the ancient Irish and Celtic calendar, it was and is a time of death and rebirth.

So often, we carry the ghosts of our past with us - sometimes knowingly, sometimes not - clinging to old habits, limiting beliefs, or outdated versions of ourselves that have long since passed. These ghosts can quietly drain our energy and vitality. When we fail to honour the transitions and endings in our lives, these lingering energies can remain with us far longer than we might realise.

Through journey work and ritual, we will release these dying selves, allowing them to finally move on. We will bury what no longer serves us, so creating fertile ground for new growth to take place.

Your grief is welcome. Your tears are welcome. Your joy is welcome.

• As I’ll be visiting from Ireland to hold this ritual, I will not be able to bring all that I’d like to. So please bring along all that you might need to be comfortable on the floor - a yoga mat, rug, blanket, cushions, whatever you feel. If you can’t be on the floor chairs will be available. Also please bring a notebook/some paper and something to write or draw with.
