80 minutes of ritual and energy work, woven especially for you.
These sessions are great for working through or towards something particular, they work best with strong intention. We will start with a smudge (energy clearing with spray or occasionally herbs) and guided meditation to assist in arriving in the moment and opening up to your inner guidance.
Then we will weave a ritual of focused intention together - using sacred oils, scent and candle magic. There will also be an energy healing and a short card reading to give guidance, clarity, and a focus for bringing the energy forward into your life.
This is a powerful container for change. I create a kind and welcoming space for you to gently work with your own wisdom, knowing and healing power.
Available Thursdays at the Natural Therapies Centre Sligo (6 Teeling Street). The centre is on the top floor, with 2 flights of stairs so may not be suitable for the those with physical limitations. Please reach out to me if you are limited in this way but still interested in a session.
