Believe it or not, energy healing works just as well from a distance as in person. Whilst nothing beats the feeling of the hands on contact of healing, the effects can be just as powerful at a distance.
Energy healing helps to bring your system back into balance, leaving you with a feeling of calm and peace. It is effective on all levels - on the body, mind and spirit and can assist in activating the body’s own healing ability. It helps to calm strong emotions and assist in their release. The energy is intelligent and goes where it needs to go, but I will also usually receive impressions psychically and be guided to where needs the most focused work.
Sometimes I use techniques from modalities I have trained in - including Reiki, Rahanni, Violet Flame and Rescue Flames, Bio-energy healing, shamanism and priestess healing. But often the energy is enough on its own.
I opened up to this healing energy during a spontaneous mystical experience at the age of 23. During it, I experienced a rush of energy through my body that felt like a breeze. It burst through my palms and since then my hands have held a healing ability. Though in person you would feel this as a strong heat when I lay my hands, the energy still transmits from a distance and you will still receive the benefits of the healing.
