These sessions are great when you just want to relax and receive - they are amazing for physical issues as well as general self and spiritual care. The session starts with a smudge (energy clearing with spray or occasionally herbs) and grounding so that you can truly arrive in the moment.
From there there will be an energy healing session of around 30 minutes, with time for checking in and feedback of the session. I work in a very intuitive way - so the session will be completely fitted to you and your needs. The healing takes place on a plinth or on the floor, and includes a combination of hands on and no contact energy work.
The sessions are a safe and gentle space, all are welcome.

Available Thursdays at the Natural Therapies Centre Sligo (6 Teeling Street). The centre is on the top floor, with 2 flights of stairs so may not be suitable for the those with physical limitations. Please reach out to me if you are limited in this way but still interested in a session.
